2.THE 72-HOUR "COOLING-OFF" PERIOD

  • In accordance with Florida consumer protection standards, we offer a full refund on your initial subscription within 72 hours of the original purchase timestamp. This window allows new students to explore the introductory modules and ensure our educational framework meets their learning goals.

3. ELIGIBILITY & THE 10% CONSUMPTION RULE

    To prevent the unauthorized consumption or "bulk-downloading" of our proprietary video curriculum, a refund is only available if:

  • Less than 10 videos or 10% of the total video curriculum has been accessed or "played" on your student dashboard
  • No advanced educational resources (PDFs, frameworks, or technical tools) have been downloaded
  • The request is submitted via the official support channel within the 72-hour window

4.HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

To request a cancellation and refund, you must email support@cryptotourguide.com within the 72-hour eligibility window. Your request must include

  • Full Name (as registered on the platform)
  • Registered Email Address
  • Transaction Hash or Wallet Address (used for the initial payment)

5. PROCESSING & SETTLEMENT

Approved refunds are processed in the original currency of payment (USDT/USDC). Please allow 3–5 business days for our compliance team to verify your course consumption metrics and finalize the settlement.

6. IMPACT ON THE TOUR GUIDE REWARDS PROGRAM

If a refund is issued to a student, any Sales Volume (SV), Rank Points, or pending rewards generated by that sale will be automatically "clawed back" from the referring Tour Guide’s leadership progress. This ensures that our rewards program is built strictly on satisfied, long-term students.:

7.NO REFUNDS AFTER THE ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

Once the 72-hour window has passed, more than 10 videos or 10% of the curriculum has been consumed, all sales are final. Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time through your dashboard to prevent future charges. .
